About Mentoring
During private, online mindfulness mentoring sessions, we spend our time together exploring mindfulness in ways that are most relevant for you.
Each 45-minute session is tailored to where you are in your practice and your life. Sessions allocate time to discussing questions, challenges, and insights you are experiencing, as well as any of the following items, as most appropriate for you: exploration of particular types of practice(s), mindfulness concepts, application in your daily life, and next steps.
Mentoring sessions are facilitated by Karyn Sandelman, a Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, Certified Mindfulness Mentor, and Certified Mindful Schools teacher.
