Mentoring Packages
During private, mindfulness mentoring sessions, we spend our time together exploring mindfulness in ways that are most relevant for you. This includes support designed to help you launch, reinvigorate, and/or deepen your mindfulness practice. Personalized guidance can help foster your own unique growth and more effectively integrate mindfulness into your daily life. Each mentoring session is tailored to where you are in your practice, and always includes time to discuss any questions, challenges, and/or insights you are experiencing. It can include any of the following items, as most appropriate for you: time for exploration of particular types of practice(s), concepts, discussion regarding your experience, and next steps.
