Mini-Retreat to Rest and Replenish

Are you feeling depleted? Longing to slow down and take a break? Wanting to recenter yourself before the often hectic year-end season?

This morning of mindfulness practice is offered to support or boost your self-care with an intentional period of rest, replenishment and reflection.

About the Mini-Retreat

Our half day retreat is offered as a support to you, creating space for you to slow down, tune in, let go, and rekindle a sense of inner peace and well-being. Through guided mindfulness practices, including stillness and movement, you will be invited to offer yourself your own kind and gentle attention, reconnecting body, heart, and mind moment-by-moment. Join us, and feel refreshed.
